420 George Street is a landmark office tower within Sydney's CBD, providing approximately 37,750m2 of commercial office space over 28 levels
Provide a building capable of delivering its tenants a contemporary, efficient and highly sought after space with not less than a 5-Star Green Star design rating and a NABERS 4.5 Star rating.
MBC team members supported the design team in the creation of a number of sustainability strategies within the building including a hybrid active chilled beam and low temperature VAV air conditioning system; rainwater harvesting; fire system test water recovery; and high efficiency lighting. This is a building with style and functionality. Using innovative commercial high rise design principles and efficiencies. The combined ratings are a testament to minimising environmental impacts, minimising energy costs in the future and providing a healthy working environment.
